Reece Dalgas
Reece Dalgas is the founder of WasteGrid. He came to the waste sector through Reactive Media, a content agency he ran for operators and businesses across UK waste, recycling, and environmental services. Getting close to that world, talking to the people running sites and hiring for them, made one thing obvious: the recruitment tools most operators were using had no idea how the sector actually worked. A platform that cannot tell the difference between an HGV driver and a Cat C driver with CPC and site experience is not fit for purpose on a permitted site. That gap kept coming up. So he decided to build something that closed it. WasteGrid is his answer to that. Reece leads strategy, sector partnerships, and product direction, working with operators, candidates, and trade bodies to shape a platform built around how waste and recycling hiring actually works, not how generic tools assume it does.
